Join me for a self-indulgent, energising and relaxing evening of balanced yoga in my garden studio in Watford. With the new season just around the corner, it’s time to clear the cobwebs, cultivating both physical and mental clarity and prepare the ground for Spring’s renewal.
We’ll start with grounding and meditative Yin asanas to release tensions from the muscles, ligaments and joints. We’ll flow into a breath-inspired Yang sequence to foster flexibility and strength in our muscles. We’ll wind down with some more Yin and a profoundly relaxing and restorative Yoga Nidra – perfect for a Friday evening. Stay for refreshments after the practice and go home prepared for a rejuvenating night’s sleep.
All props (mat, bolsters, blankets, blocks, etc.) are provided. You’re welcome to bring your own mat and/or props if you like.
Note: This workshop will suit you if you have some prior experience of yoga.
