Be PresentJoin us for a stimulating afternoon workshop that will include yoga and mindfulness practices to de-stress and energise your mind and body.

Through these techniques we learn how to focus our attention on the present moment and embark on a journey that allows us to live life more fully.  The varied practices help us to work with our minds and bodies and teach us how to live with more appreciation and less anxiety.

We’ll finish the workshop with light Refreshments.

Refreshments, Q&A and handout(s) summarising the practice together with suggested further reading are included.
