Autumn Evening of YOGA

Date & Time: Friday 1 November 2019   7:00 – 9:30 pm with Arjie Ramsay

Join me on Friday 1-November at 7-9:30 pm for an evening of Yoga as we transition through Autumn into Winter.

We’ll begin with a flowing asana practice to uplift and energise using the breath. We’ll then settle in for a deeply releasing Yin Yoga practice to draw our energy inward, to listen and surrender, reflecting the season’s ‘letting-go’ in preparation for Winter. We’ll finish with a guided Yoga Nidra to offer deep rest for the body and mind.

Why not bring a friend (or two!) to enjoy an evening of yoga and introspection together?

Refreshments are included after the practice.

Mats, bolsters, eye-pillow, blocks, cushions, etc. are all provided – but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Note: The evening’s practice will suit anyone who has some prior experience of yoga.
